Penis Enlargement Surgery

Do you really need Penis Enlargement Surgery?

Available evidence indicate that psychology plays a role on the issue of penile size which often lead to a condition known as  penile dysmorphic disorder (PDD).
This is  a condition where the size or shape of the penis of men  is their main, if not their exclusive, preoccupation causing significant shame or handicap. According to  studies, the majority of men who get penis enlargement surgery have this condition. They’re also the least satisfied with the enhancement results.
There are several penis enlargement drugs, patches, and ointments each with its  own side effects. The biggest disadvantage of taking penis enhancement pills is the fact that they can contribute significantly towards de-sensitizing your penis (numbs the feeling of intercourse) while that extra inch provided by the enhancement pill can give you the little extra self confidence in the bedroom. In either way you will have to weigh out whether the bigger erection is worth the lack of sensitivity.

However, after more than a century of generally dubious and sometimes lunatic penis enlargement attempts, there’s still not much you can do. Sure, there are lots and lots of supposed options out there — penis pills, creams, brutal stretching exercises, horrific-looking devices, and penis surgery. Almost none of it works. The few approaches that can work often have modest benefits and serious side effects. How serious? In some cases, erectile dysfunction-serious.
The vacuum pump. This is a cylinder that sucks out air. You stick your penis in and the resulting vacuum draws extra blood into it, making it erect and a little bigger. You then clamp off the penis with a tight ring — like a tourniquet — to keep the blood from leaking back into your body. What are the drawbacks? The effect only lasts as long as you have the ring on. Using it for more than 20 to 30 minutes can cause tissue damage.
This is sometimes used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, but has not been proven to actually increase the size of the penis.

Interesting video about penis enlargement surgery..

In this Mayo Clinic Men’s Health Moment, Mayo Clinic urologist Tobias S. Köhler, M.D., describes the risks of penile implants for men with erectile dysfunction (ED). Penile implants are devices placed inside the penis to allow men with ED to get an erection. Penile implants are typically recommended after other treatments for ED fail

hi Toby Kohler back again today we’re gonna cover the risks of penile implants as with any surgery there are risks to a penile prosthesis first of all these devices can get infected although these rates have come way down since they first were invented well one percent to three percent depending on risk factors can get infected if this happens with these devices we typically have to take them out and try again in a future date these devices are mechanical in nature so that they can break however they are quite reliable ninety-five percent are working well at five years eighty-five percent are working well at ten years and about 70 percent are working well at 15 years so most men who get one of these devices actually the device outlived them we can also in your stuff in the area next to the penile prosthesis sell this is very rare and the final concern that a lot of men have about the prosthesis is that of peanut length well my penis become shorter after I get the device can you make my penis longer etc unfortunately we have not figured out a way how to make the penis longer so that is never realistic and don’t let anybody tell you that they can do that for you when we actually do put the device in and we take measurements the length of the penis is very similar before and after however some men will report that they feel the penis is about one to two centimeters shorter than it was in their prime remember that as we get older the penis actually does start to shrink if we have scar tissue in there from diabetes or stuff called pepperoni etc if you are most interested in lengthen your penis do not get a bit implant if you are interested in having a reliable on demand erection which feels the same as it did when you had sex before surgery then this is a surgery for you finally I should say once you do get a penile implant no other options such as penal injections pills vacuum erection devices will be effective so this is a kind of the last option which we typically use when these other options have failed Toby Cole are signing off Mayo men’s health minute
